astrology observations 1.26.25
Tumblr media
Moon conjunct ascendant people tend to move away from home at some point in their lives.
Transit Sun and Moon conjunct your ascendant could indicate an upgrade to your living situation; this could include moving homes or making renovations to your current home
Scorpio Venus people tend to only have a few serious partners in life before settling down. These people are fiercly committed and do not feel the need to play the field for long if at all. Messy breakups are common with this placement especially with a square to Mars in Leo/Aquarius
Venus square mars people have intense relationships with others. The relationships modeled for them in childhood effect and shape their early partnerships
Jupiter conjunct ascendant individuals have a strong pallet for aquired tastes; they enjoy eating foods from a variety of cultures
Transit Jupiter in the first house is an auspicious period of life. You will enjoy rich foods, experience beautiful enviornments and financial boosts
Aquarius and Scorpio Rising have likely lived in an apartment or communal living space at some point in their lives. These placements can be indicative of a lack of privacy growing up resulting in hermit-like tendencies in adulthood
Saturn conjunct Venus in the natal chart can inhibits social connection in youth and could indicate an awkward personality especially if aspecting the Sun
Transit Saturn conjunct natal mars is a period of necessary delays, contemplating options and longevity of plans rather than taking actions
Sagittarius Venuses are best suited for partners who are not from their place of origin
I have noticed prominent Aquarius placements in many people who identify as queer/LGBT+. Aquarians thrive on labels from a young age but likely resonate with a different label or evolve to reject labels entirely as they age.
Aquarius Risings are likely to change and evolve in coming years with Pluto crossing their ascendant. This evolution will be the natural progression of the changes you have been taking in recent years
Capricorn Risings have had a difficult time these past few years with Pluto passing through their first house. Friends have been lost, familal relationships changed forever, likely a significant death in the family happened during this time.
Over the next 20 years, Capricorn Sun and Rising will be working toward owning a home and achieving a steady, reliable form of income. By the time Pluto enters Pisces, they will likely have paid off a mortgage and own a property of their own, or they will have inherited a home, property or business
Capricorn Venus usually have a one that got away. They have a difficult time letting go of past partners
Cancer moons love going to the beach. Being near the ocean has a cleansing effect on them
Gemini placements connect with others through humor. They love to laugh at themselves. People get offended when Geminis poke fun at them, but it is all in good humor and harmless. This is just their way of connecting with you
Capricorn Moons can come off as mean spirited but they are actually the opposite; these people are very compassionate and easily hurt, they are accustomed to others disappointing them and so are emotionally guarded and reserved
Having Aries in the 10th/11th house indicates running your own business and/or being your own boss especially if the Sun, Mercury or Venus are in Aries
Sagittarius/Pisces Midheaven and Jupiter conjunct MC/in the 10th house indicates higher education, recieving bachelors, masters, or doctorate degrees
Taurus Suns are easily annoyed by people with big personalities. They can’t stand loudness or obnoxious behavior. They prefer the company of other relaxed, easy going individuals
Sun in the twelfth house tend to randomly disappear from people’s lives without a trace
Sun in the sixth house are recurring characters in others daily lives. They often run into people at the grocery store or out running other errands. A ton of household names are sixth house suns; Charlie Chaplin, Michael Jackson, John Lennon, Bob Dylan, Gordon Ramsey just to name a few
Moon conjunct Saturn experience seasonal sadness during winter months
Mars in the first house and mars square pluto people are argumentative and intense. They can turn any conversation into a ranting session
Saturn in the third house get their drivers license later than their peers
Neptune conjunct ascendant people have a close connection with the arts. Music, film, media, television, theatre, art and culture vastly shaped/warped their worldview growing up
Uranus conjunct ascendant/in the first house in Aquarius probably had unmonitored internet access growing up

🫧Astro observations pt.3🫧
🫧Saturn in the 1st house individuals may have or had some insecurities surrounding their teeth since Saturn deals with bones. ( This can range from having a chipped tooth, a gap, overbite, underbite, crooked teeth, etc.) This may also be said for individuals with Saturn in their 2nd house since the the 2nd house is associated with the mouth
🫧Harsh aspects between Chiron/Mars or Chiron/Saturn may have dealt with or are just more prone to breaking their bones. Mars rules the 1st house(the body) and Chiron is about our “wounds”. And with Saturn it’s about our structure(aka the bones)
🫧Mercury in gemini people were the types of kids in school that the teacher had to tell to lower their voices or tell them to stop talking all together. They are very chatty
🫧Mercury in Leo people TALK SO DAMN LOUD!!!
🫧When a Saturn transit aspects your rising sign you may get acne, body acne, or just start noticing changes on your skin. This mainly goes for harsh aspects like the conjunction, square, or opposition
🫧When Jupiter transits your 1st and eventually your 2nd house, you’re very prone to gaining a lot of weight or just develop binge eating. Jupiter is about expanding things and the 1st house is the body. The 2nd house is associated with pleasures and our senses so essentially our taste and food
🫧4th house ruler in the 1st house individuals wear their heart on their sleeves. I think this because the 4th house is our emotions because it’s ruled by the moon and when it’s ruler is placed in the 1st house, which is how we present ourselves, these people may often have a hard time hiding their emotions from others
🫧Chiron conjunct Saturn or Chiron in Capricorn may have and dads that didn’t approve of their physical appearance, their style, or their careers
🫧The Leo degrees (5°,17°,29°) don’t always indicate fame imo. You have to examine the entire chart first. But whatever planet it’s on may gain recognition for that planet. (Ex. If it’s Venus the person may get recognized for their style, attractiveness, money, or material things. If it’s the sun then the person may get recognition for their talents, hobbies, or anything that makes them stand out from the crowd)
🫧Mercury in the 12th house or in Pisces may deal with intrusive thoughts from time to time

𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙗𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 ⚡️
hello all! i’m trying out a new observations post. today we’ll be focusing on your secondary progressions chart (click the link to calculate your current chart!)
creds to @kisssaturn for research help! and @dollywons for the borders
PAID READINGS ARE OPEN! please check my bio <3
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
★ when progressed mercury is conjunct your natal sun, expect a lot more chaos in your day-to-day life. depending on the sign, it’s a great opportunity to network and to promote yourself to others as well.
★ moon progressing through the 1st/10th houses or in leo, expect more opportunities for recognition
★ when natally retrograde planets turn direct in your secondary progressions, it shows a major transition or realization made in that planet’s energy. it’s very transformational for an individual and most likely has permanent repercussions
★ pay attention to your relationship dynamics and those you meet when you have progressed venus at 29 degrees. these people will likely have a significant impact on your identity whether if it’s for the worst or the better
★ i also noticed that when my progressed mercury and progressed vertex were conjunct i was using social media much more and i met so many new people online as well, very exciting time socially
★ whenever venus enters aquarius in the progressed chart, people usually encounter new revelations about their friends/family. these revelations aren’t always positive, it can sometimes lead to big transitions in social circles
★ planets that progress into the 11th house may show a time where you are pressured to create more money or find stability in your career or your role in the world/society.
★ when the moon crosses over your natal or progressed north node you may notice that you are pushed outside of your comfort zone.
★ mercury-mc trine shows a time for opportunities and learning in your career, especially if mc is in the 9th house in whole signs. it’s a very exciting time that shows great progress!
★ progressed mars crossing over natal jupiter is a great time to launch your own projects or businesses
★ when my mom was pregnant with me she had progressed jupiter conjunct progressed venus, venus ruling her natal 4h of family, jupiter ruling over expansion, you see where im going with this…
★ when the ascendant shifts to a new sign this shows a new era in your life
★ moon entering libra can indicate entering or being at the peak of a significant relationship. moon entering air signs in general can show an emphasis on relationships during those phases ive noticed
★ sun being at 20 degrees can show significant events happening with your life in relation to partnerships or environments i’ve found
★ moon aspecting mars can show increased ambition and desire in your life, especially for material or status-related gains. be careful of emotional turbulence
★ moon making aspects to sun can show you being happier during this period
★ just a theory, but when you have retrograde planets in the natal chart, this means in the progressed chart they’ll progress slower as well. as result, it’s possible that natives are more likely to be late bloomers in life
★ pay attention to the configurations made in the progressed chart! for example, a t-square made between planets indicates an intense/stressful period in life
★ i’ve generally noticed that points or planets that are at 28 degrees generally show more abundance or opportunity in the planet’s areas of life (ex: 28 degree venus can mean abundance in friends/lovers)
★ pay attention to transits x your secondary progressed chart! it’s be a good idea to see where this upcoming mars retrograde impacts your progressed chart :D

Very Random Astrology Observations 1
Tumblr media
Can we talk about how the Planet in your 8th house represents how you react and recover from grief or painful life changes. i.e.- Saturn in 8th house individuals may take a very long time (even a lifetime) to recover from tragic events that have taken place in their life.
Jupiter in 8th house recover from life transforming, grief and unexpected changes faster than the average.
Dear Pisces Placements you don't have to turn to alcohol and drugs when you guys get sad 🥺
Gemini Placements especially moon, mars and mercury are PROFESSIONAL gaslighters!!
Also sidenote Gemini placements talk so damn much, like shut the fuck up sometimes😭 -sprinkle some Sag or Aries placements they will literally talk over you, not let you get a word out, and not give a fuck
Tumblr media
Capricorn and Taurus Mercuries HATE small talk. If you aren't talking about anything of substance they will tune you off so quick.
Capricorn + Aquarius dominant placements make for EXTREMELY strict parents.
Pisces Placements and the things happening in your dream actually happening in real life 😳
I have noticed gemini moons tend to disassociate or completely space out in the middle of a conversation
I notice Aquarius moons are the ones that go through the hardest things in life. I'm talking like tragic events happening in one's life.
I notice that sag suns care sm about their birthday. Like if you don't wish them a happy birthday they will literally cut you off. Or if you don't go to their birthday party that they invited you to, they will take it very personal.
I know there's the stigma of the capricorns being the workers of the zodiac, but really scorpios are the ones that will WORK their asses off. Like when they are fixed on a goal they go after it until and won't stop until their vision is complete.

astro observations #3
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Pisces moon coupled with earth, especially Capricorn, are unrivaled when it comes to philosophical and social breakthroughs. they have the spiritual awareness and collective vision of Pisces hand in hand with the objectivity and discipline of earth signs, and they can therefore be masters at deconstructing the functioning of society and the psyche. it’s such a consistent pattern with notable examples such as Joan of Arc (Cap Sun and Mercury), Benjamin Franklin (Taurus Saturn, Cap Venus & Sun), Henry Dunant who founded the red cross movement (Taurus Sun and Mercury, Cap stellium), Edgar Allan Poe considered to have invented the detective fiction genre and one of the earliest contributors to the genre of sci-fi (cap sun and mercury, Pisces stellium).
Venus conjunct Mercury could purchase books just because they look pretty and aesthetically pleasing lol. The type to look for the prettiest hardcover of a book to get.
Pisces stelliums with mercury, especially if it's retrograde, have such a hard time staying focused during a conversation, other people might think they're actively ignoring them but they just can't stay attentive for too long unless it's something they wanna know more about 😭 lowkey adorable when it’s not annoying lol.
A Virgo/gemini moon is a common placement amongst rappers known for being fast. Whether it's Doja Cat, Busta Rhymes, Min Yoongi, or Dizzee Rascal… after all, the moon (emotions and the inner mind) is ruled by fast-paced mercury (an exception would be if natal mercury was deeply afflicted). Jupiter conjunct Mercury as well can indicate the same.
5h moon transits are the times when you start to develop a crush or meet up with friends, decide to practice a particular hobby, binge tv shows/movies or read books, etc… one of my fave transits particularly because my 5h is in Pisces so I spend this transit often reading and consuming/creating art, and being delusional 🤭.
3h Pluto transit can indicate a gradual shift in your mindset, gradual because it’s a very long transit. It can either be positive or negative depending on how both your natal and transit pluto aspect your natal chart + transits. As my 3rd house is in Capricorn squaring my Aries moon, I spent this transit working on my work ethic and long-time consistency, as well as my self-esteem being dependent on how much I achieve and not my thoughts and core beliefs as a person (natal 2h pluto is in Sagittarius).
12h Leo can be such a humble bragger, and very obviously so… the type to complain about how being pretty sucks because guys like them too fast, or about how being rich isn’t easy, etc… I have six friends with this placement and only one isn’t like this but they’re also far older and more mature.
9th house in cancer people are very likely to be feminists or just very passionate about gender equality if the moon is well-aspected. If not, and if Venus and IC were not well-aspected, they could be deeply misogynistic and against gender emancipation.
that's it for today, thank you for reading my observations, and don't hesitate to ask and/or comment about anything!

astro notes: sun saturn mercury conjunction 💫
With Saturn and the Sun approaching conjunction on February 25 this triple conjunction includes a debilitated Mercury, making the reset moment powerful. The actual rebirth occurs around February 28. Saturn's symbolism includes death and rebirth, different from Pluto's or Uranus's. Saturn is a gateway, representing a threshold between the known and unknown, the seen and unseen, the traditional and the transcendent. It signifies a moment of letting go and crossing over, especially significant in a double-body water sign like Pisces, bringing a sense of insignificance. Embracing insignificance can be valuable, as it levels things out and prevents self-righteousness. Holding the tension of opposites, which Saturn rules, is crucial for understanding the deeper meanings of life and enlightenment.
Aries Rising For Aries rising, the conjunction of the Sun and Saturn falls in your 12th house, indicating a time of unconscious processing and spiritual renewal. You may find yourself confronting hidden fears or subconscious patterns that are ready to be released. This is a time to let go of old ways of thinking or being that no longer serve your highest good. Pay attention to your dreams and intuition, as they may offer valuable insights into what needs to be released. Use this energy to connect with your inner self and engage in practices that nourish your spiritual growth and emotional well-being.
Taurus Rising With the conjunction in your 11th house, Taurus rising, you are likely to experience changes within your social circle and group affiliations. Old friendships or associations that no longer align with your values may fall away, making space for new connections that support your personal growth. This is a time to reassess your long-term goals and aspirations, focusing on building a supportive network of like-minded individuals who can help you achieve your dreams. Embrace this period of transition as an opportunity to align your social life with your authentic self.
Gemini Rising For Gemini rising, the conjunction occurs in your 10th house of career and public image, indicating a period of significant change and restructuring in your professional life. You may feel a strong desire to reassess your career path and long-term goals, seeking greater fulfillment and purpose in your work. This is a time to take on new responsibilities and challenges that can help you grow professionally. Embrace the opportunity to redefine your public image and reputation, aligning them more closely with your true self.
Cancer Rising With the conjunction in your 9th house, Cancer rising, you are likely to experience a shift in your beliefs and worldview. Old belief systems or philosophies that no longer resonate with you may fall away, making room for new perspectives and ways of thinking. This is a time to explore new ideas and expand your horizons through travel, education, or spiritual pursuits. Embrace this period of growth and discovery as an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the world and your place within it.
Leo Rising For Leo rising, the conjunction occurs in your 8th house of transformation and shared resources, indicating a period of intense personal growth and change. You may find yourself confronting deep-seated fears or emotional patterns that are ready to be released. This is a time to let go of old ways of relating to others and embrace a more authentic and vulnerable approach. Use this energy to deepen your connections with others and cultivate a greater sense of intimacy and trust in your relationships.
Virgo Rising With the conjunction in your 7th house, Virgo rising, you are likely to experience changes in your partnerships and relationships. Old relationship dynamics that are no longer serving your growth may come to the surface, prompting you to reassess your approach to relating to others. This is a time to cultivate more authentic and balanced relationships, based on mutual respect and understanding. Embrace this period of transformation as an opportunity to deepen your connections with others and create more meaningful partnerships.
Libra Rising For Libra rising, the conjunction occurs in your 6th house of health and daily routines, indicating a period of focus on your physical well-being and habits. You may feel a strong desire to overhaul your daily routines and self-care practices, seeking greater balance and harmony in your life. This is a time to prioritize your health and well-being, making changes that support your overall vitality. Embrace this period of renewal as an opportunity to cultivate healthier habits that nurture your body, mind, and spirit.
Scorpio Rising With the conjunction in your 5th house, Scorpio rising, you are likely to experience changes in your creative expression and romantic life. Old creative projects or romantic relationships that no longer inspire you may fall away, making room for new sources of joy and self-expression. This is a time to embrace your creativity and passion, allowing yourself to be more spontaneous and playful. Use this energy to explore new creative outlets and cultivate more joy and pleasure in your life.
Sagittarius Rising For Sagittarius rising, the conjunction occurs in your 4th house of home and family, indicating a period of focus on your personal life and emotional well-being. You may feel a strong desire to create a more stable and nurturing home environment, rooted in your values and sense of security. This is a time to connect with your roots and family history, seeking a deeper understanding of your past and how it has shaped you. Embrace this period of introspection as an opportunity to create a more solid foundation for yourself and your loved ones.
Capricorn Rising With the conjunction in your 3rd house, Capricorn rising, you are likely to experience changes in your communication style and immediate environment. Use this energy to expand your mental horizons and engage in meaningful conversations that broaden your perspective.
Aquarius Rising For Aquarius rising, the conjunction occurs in your 2nd house of finances and self-worth, indicating a period of focus on your material resources and sense of value. You may feel a strong desire to reassess your financial situation and cultivate a greater sense of abundance and prosperity in your life. This is a time to redefine your relationship with money and material possessions, seeking a more balanced and sustainable approach to financial security. Embrace this period of reflection as an opportunity to cultivate a deeper sense of self-worth and abundance in your life.

What can we expect from 2024 dear!?? 😌
2024 has a lot going on; there are so many astrological transits happening that have a huge impact on all of us.
January 1, 2024: Mercury went direct after being in retrograde for several weeks. This means communication gets better, legal documents can be signed without issues, and anything related to speech is cleared up.
January 20 - September 1, 2024: Pluto enters Aquarius. This is going to be a wild ride. The last time Pluto was in Aquarius was around the late 1700's, and during that time, the world underwent MASSIVE change. Both the American and French Revolutions occurred, coups happened with governments, royalty was dethroned, battles and wars were fought, the first wave of feminism began, etc. There's so much more than this. You should see the list. I'll include it here--start around 1777 and go through 1798. Pluto represents death, rebirth, and transformation, while Aquarius represents humanity and technology. When you pair these two, you're looking at major transformation socially, politically, economically, and technologically. There's a brief retrograde into Capricorn for one last time during our lifetime, and then Pluto will return to Aquarius for another 20 years. It's interesting to note that the rise and fall of empires throughout history is around 250 years. The cycle for Pluto is 245 years. Coincidence? I think not.
February 16, 2024: A stellium in Aquarius. A stellium occurs when three or more planets are in the same house/sign in an astrological chart. This Aquarius stellium will feature Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Pluto. The last time this occurred was in February, 1962, and was commonly referred to as the "Age of Aquarius." This time period brought about major changes in the fields of technology, science, and aerospace. I'm afraid that during this time, though, there will be a strong focus on AI and its advancement. Pay attention to headlines regarding an upgrade in technology.
March 25, 2024: Lunar eclipse in Libra. Major historical events typically coincide with lunar eclipses, and since this one will be in Libra, I foresee society wishing for balance, harmony, peace, and justice. I believe this will be a time that humanity will call for us to take a deeper look at how we can end strife and get along with each other. Be ready for major calls for wars and upheaval to end (even though it's happening now, this will be on a much larger scale with this eclipse).
April 8, 2024: Solar eclipse in Aries. On the flip side of the lunar eclipse, we have the solar eclipse in Aries. This will be a time where we start anew and are ready to charge down a new path. Mars' energy represents war, destruction, violence, revenge, but also strength. This particular eclipse is warning us about war and destruction on a collective level because it'll be conjunct the North Node (the direction we're all going). I believe we're headed into a total collapse and rebirth when we add in the Pluto in Aquarius energy, but it's something that needs to happen for us to evolve as a civilization.
May 25, 2024: Jupiter in Gemini, which is actually in detriment. This means the energy is weaker in this sign for the planet. Expect changes in telecommunications (voice, data, and video) and social media, since Gemini is ruled by Mercury, the planet of communication.
June 2, 2024: Neptune is anaretic. Anaretic means that a planet has entered the 29th degree, which holds a sense of finality because this planet has transited all 30 degrees (starting at 0). It's ready to move on and cut ties. What does this mean for Neptune? Well, the planet of illusions will lift its veil and a lot of what we've held onto in our beliefs will die out. Some people will still try to hold on (sunk-cost fallacy) because they're stubborn, but the majority of people will release, mourn, and deal with the fallout that's going to be super messy. Imagine the feeling of being betrayed by someone you love. That's what Neptune lifting it's veil is going to feel like for most. Again, collectively, we NEED this energy for healing and spiritual growth.
July 21, 2024: Full Moon in Capricorn. Most of the time, nothing major happens on full moons, but this one is interesting because it falls on an anaretic degree, just like Neptune. Capricorn represents structure, discipline, rigidity, and order (its ruler is Saturn), so we're going to see some upheaval in regards to these issues. The old way of doing things will no longer serve the same purpose. This is the equivalent of saying, "Out with the old, in with the new."
August 5, 2024 – August 28, 2024: Mercury Retrograde in Virgo and Leo. With Mercury rx in Virgo, this might be a time where you lose or misplace documents, feel irritated, have constant miscommunication, or face scrutiny from the general public. Remember to write down important deadlines and keep everything organized so you don't lose anything. With Mercury rx in Leo, I'm fully expecting some celebrity scandals during this time. Otherwise, it'll be a time of thinking about trying something new or wanting to get out and do something fun.
September 17, 2024: Lunar Eclipse in Pisces. This will happen in the 25th degree (an Aries degree), so anyone with heavy Pisces placements will have creative breakthroughs during this time. We'll see a rise in great music, art, poetry and literature, as well as film and visual arts. This time period might feel very dreamy and whimsical on the art scene.
October 2, 2024: Solar Eclipse in Libra. We had the lunar eclipse in Libra in March, so now, the solar eclipse will bring justice and balance. Anyone with Libra placements in early degrees will feel the need to purge what's not working. Even though most Librans are peaceful, this will be a time of upheaval. Expect people to help the oppressed even more (seeking justice) in a world that needs to be more fair and balanced (Libra energy).
November 19, 2024: Pluto goes direct in Aquarius for twenty years, until March 8, 2043. Buckle up! It's going to be a bumpy-but-necessary ride.
November 25, 2024 – December 15, 2024: Mercury Retrograde in Sagittarius. We all know what happens during Mercury rx, but what happens when it's in Sagittarius? Sagittarius represents higher education and learning, all things foreign and travel-related, religion, and spirituality. Expect religious or spiritual leaders, as well as educational leaders at universities, to have private documents leaked, misinformation stemming from foreign countries and media, as well as travel issues (delays, being rerouted, lots of crowds, etc.). This will not be a good time to travel.
December 6, 2024 – February 24, 2025: Mars Retrograde in Cancer and Leo. This is going to be...interesting. Mars hates being in Cancer; it's in detriment. Why? Cancer represents empathy and compassion, while Mars represents a more masculine energy that strives towards war, violence, and destruction. Cancer wants to provide a resolution to all of the conflict occurring, while Mars isn't having it. Expect masculine energies, especially men, to be more irritated and aggressive during this time. This duo can bring about discussion regarding balancing masculine and feminine energy, which we all have. Because Cancer is represented by the Moon, or the "mother" in astrology, expect some discussions about fertility and reproduction, birth rates (especially the low birth rates of some countries), marriage (or lack thereof), and any social dynamics with males and females. These discussions will carry over into 2025.
2024 is going to be a year that'll go down in history, that's for sure. One silver lining in all of this is that Venus does NOT retrograde this year, so we might see or hear about fewer breakups, and we might see or hear about more people entering into relationships and staying together.

mercury trine jupiter (rx)
this is fairly traditionally a nice little money trine, it's very good for both exchange and accumulation of wealth. with that said, in social air signs this time, an even more important form of wealth and exchange is that of ideas and plans. if you are working on a community project or social movement it gets a boost from this trine and word of mouth can be highly beneficial.

November 2024 Important Dates
Tumblr media
AKA my notes on The Astrology Podcast's November Forecast hosted by Chris Brennan and Austin Coppock. It's been a minute and I'm glad to be back!
November 1st - New Moon in Scorpio

This lunation at 9 degrees of Scorpio highlights the two big oppositions that will dominate the month: Venus (17♐)-Jupiter(20♊) and Mars (29♋)-Pluto (29♑). These aspects culminate just 2 days later on the 3rd. Placements in mutable signs will see great help while late cardinal signs are getting challenges, and these two configurations aren't very connected--our hosts predict about half the population will be exuberant and the other half distressed. Jupiter and Venus bring enthusiasm, hope, rewards, victory and triumphs over long struggles, especially in the vibrant signs of Gemini and Sagittarius (although it may be a little too much chatter and information or putting too much faith in limited data with Jupiter retrograde).
November 2nd - Mercury enters Sagittarius This is the sign where he'll retrograde (discussed at the end of the post).
November 3rd - Venus opposite retrograde Jupiter, Mars enters Leo Venus-Jupiter discussed above under the lunation. Meanwhile, Mars (29♋) opposes Pluto (29♑) right before he enters Leo...a story that has been connected on the world scale to ruthless warfare and excessive deployments of military force. It's the first of 3 Mars-Pluto oppositions we'll get in the upcoming months, but the only one in Cancer-Capricorn. Mars presides over conflicts generally, and Pluto brings in the shadow element--think sneaky power plays, spying, and information warfare. On a personal level, Austin cautions us not to confuse feelings of powerlessness and paranoia with the real thing and be aware that this configuration will make us blow things out of proportion. One piece of advice for working through such a transit is to name or shed light on the metaphorical demon--don't let your worries stay nebulous, oppressive and all-encompassing. Seeing things for what they really are will bring it back to scale.
There will then be a huge tone change as Mars ingresses into Leo (for example, Mars in Gemini and Cancer brought big shift in US politics). Until the 19th, Pluto and Mars are no longer opposing each other by sign. The volume is turned down for a couple weeks...but it'll be back. Mercury will also join Mars in retrograde later this month (enters the shadow period, or the degrees it will revisit, on the 7th), so we're definitely going to be revisiting things. For example, we can expect delays and complications around the US election. Overall the Mars retrograde story doesn't wrap up until April (plus some personal zodiacal releasing stuff for Trump), which means some part of this story isn't gonna be over until the spring. Probably this means events we don't think are important now will come back to haunt us months later.
We're going to have 2 months of Mars in Leo regardless of anything else going on. Mars in Cancer is very emotional and internal and in personal lives can show up as being concerned for the safety of one's home or family, while on a larger level has indicated turf wars and disputes over origins or homeland. Mars in Leo will externalize and move very quickly; think showmanship and exuberance. Mercury is also moving from a water sign (Scorpio) to fire (Sagittarius), moving us from defense to offense and thinking forward. Additionally, as a fixed sign Leo usually has more certainty and staying power, but because of the retrograde it may take awhile to see what will last and what won't.
Tumblr media
November 11th - Venus enters Capricorn She'll apply to a sextile with Saturn that culminates on November 21st. Though sextiles are weak aspects, Saturn is receiving Venus, making this a notable positive aspect of the month. Venus-Saturn helps us set and enjoy good boundaries.
November 15th - Saturn stations direct, Full Moon in Taurus
Tumblr media
This lunation occurs at the same time that Saturn stations in Pisces, intensifying its significations. (For example, the Titan submarine disaster occurred during the first Saturn station in this sign). Positive manifestations of Saturn in Pisces involve setting necessary boundaries and restrictions: the Mars-Saturn conjunction in this sign included the first US laws about restricting forever chemicals in the water. Bet on problematic water stories in the news around the 15th.
The other major signature of this lunation is that the Moon (24♉) conjoins Uranus (25♉) immediately after, so there's a curveball or unexpected twist set to happen mid-month. Uranus and the Moon are also both on the fixed star Algol (as they were together in July), a star with dark and gory associations. Usually an exalted Moon in Taurus would be stabilizing, but something is disruptive this time around. In personal charts unexpected disruptions and plot twists can turn out to be exciting or work for our benefits--great news, you don't have to go to school because a pipe burst and it's closed for 3 months!
November 16th - Sun opposite Uranus
November 19th - Pluto enters Aquarius This is a major shift in world astrology. Pluto's been going back and forth between Capricorn and Aquarius for the past few years, but now he's in Aquarius for good (he won't return to Capricorn for ~237 years). Chris says cyberpunk dystopia scenarios are playing out, such as billionaires controlling mass media and other hi-tech means of control. The flipside of major corporate control is people using the technology available to them to improve their own lives. Unlike the noir unhappy endings of cyberpunk media, though, we know that there will be a new phase after this: Pluto in Pisces 15-20 years down the road. Thus the adaptations we make today can lead us into the future. Pay close attention to what happens around this ingress to see what the next decade or two will be like. Pluto's ingress to Capricorn in 2008 coincided with the banking crisis/recession and creation of bitcoin--things like AI, robotics, and possibly space flight will start coming into serious play.
November 21st - Sun enters Sagittarius
November 25th - Mercury stations Retrograde Placements from 6-22 degrees of Sagittarius (and other mutable signs) will start something this month that will be revisited, revised, or repeated on December 15th, the day Mercury stations direct. The story won't completely wrap up until Mercury exits his post-retrograde shadow period (that is, goes past 25♐, where he stationed,) on January 2nd. With Jupiter and Mercury in each other's signs there is mutual reception, bringing us victorious and enthusiastic messages...maybe too much so. Be wary of announcing good news too soon. With Neptune squaring them both from Pisces, there's an element of deception or confusion imparted to the beginning of this retrograde. Especially with Mercury in detriment in Sagittarius, there's a risk of telling tall tales or confusing myths for facts. Also coming up during this retrograde: Mercury has his cazimi (exact conjunction to the Sun) on December 7th at the same time that Mars stations retrograde, 12/6-12/7 is an important turning point. Overall, November ends on a cliffhanger that will resolve partway into December.
November 26th - Electional chart (if you must...!)
Tumblr media
Between the Mars-Pluto opposition at the beginning of the month and Mercury retrograde at the end, so it's a difficult month to do things. But if you have to while Mercury is stationing, Chris recommends the 26th around 9AM. Having Capricorn rising in your location means the Ascendant ruler Saturn is in the 3rd house in a day chart with a sextile from Venus (17♑) as well as a square from Jupiter (17♊). The Moon is in Libra in the 10th house, applying to a square to Venus with reception (Moon is in Venus's sign) and applying to a trine with Jupiter. Thus, even though Mercury is stationing, the Moon is in good condition and you can get a halfway decent rising sign. It's also about as far away as we can get from the Mars-Pluto opposition. The downside is that with Mercury static you'll probably have to do revisions or run into delays with what you're starting, so keep in mind that you'll have to redo things. (It's still better than having to work with the Moon squaring Mars a few days later.)

YOUR Mercury & Venus in Cancer HOROSCOPE
What: Mercury & Venus in Cancer
When: June 16/17 through July2/11
Takeaway: A deep dive into sentimentality, nostalgia, nurturing and sensitivity
Tighten those purse strings and give someone a big hug: on June 17, Venus, the planet of love and money, glides into the security-loving water sign Cancer, where it stays until July 11. But that’s not all: Mercury, the planet of writing, also enters the cardinal water sign on June 17, shifting your focus to feelings.
Lots of (TikTok) horoscopes will likely tell you that 2024 Mercury & Venus in Cancer makes you a little moodier in your relationships, a little more sensitive, a little more affectionate and nurturing, and maybe even more intuitive—but that’s just half of it.  The combination of the love planet and the mind/messaging planet in this feeling-focused water sign also sends your sentimentality and concern surging. (Cancer is ALL about safety, security, and comfort.) This is the time of year when decisions are made because they feel right and because they promise some kind of support. Indeed, emotions and sensory experiences steer the ship in a lot of ways, making it easier to reminisce—and easier to take offense.
Get ready to rhapsodize your past as if it’s the best thing that ever was, because these transits are all about nostalgia. The upswell in sensitivity, sentimentality, and nostalgia makes it a lovely time to sift through your past feelings, your secret worries/fears, your sensory experiences, and use them for your current writing projects. (I’m talking to you, fiction writers!) And because Cancer is such a nurturing sign, these two transits help you be the same towards your current creative project—but only for a short time. Mercury enters Leo on July 2.
So, if ever there was a time to nurture an idea, a story, or an art project like it’s an only child, it’s now. But if you’ve been throwing away money during Mercury & Venus in Gemini, these two transits through Cancer may see you clinging to (or dwelling on) your cash like Walter White.
Speaking of clinginess… Mercury & Venus in Cancer could also see you clinging to your loved ones like a vine. During this time, it’s natural to ache for snuggles, cuddles, and more and ~quality~ time. That means less talking and more hugging, kissing, and cuddling for you and your boo. With friends, you might consider forgoing going out and instead hole away at home to cook dinners together and talk about your feelings. (Fun fact: Venus rules both love and platonic relationships, dontcha know.)

I noticed that I've had obsessive thoughts and fixations over random things the past few days, and my old self image issues resurfaced. I checked my chart and I found that Mercury and Jupiter are opposite Pluto and Chiron. I've felt mentally challenged on all levels. Funny how astrology brings up stuff I thought I had outgrown, so I can work through it again. Gemini season started off well for me until a stellium formed in my first house.
